Refund & Returns Policy – K Luxe Label
must read before purchasing!
This policy has been drafted in line with Irish consumer guidelines
Category A:
Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene regulations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on wigs, bundles, lace products, or custom/pre-order items unless the item is confirmed faulty.
All wigs, bundles and lace systems are custom sourced and/or pre-ordered immediately after purchase. For this reason, change of mind, dissatisfaction with texture, density, lace shade preference, or personal opinion of value does not qualify for a refund.
Category B:
If you believe you have received a faulty item:
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• The item must be unworn, uninstalled, uncut, unbleached, uncustomised and in original condition
• Clear video evidence must be provided of the issue before removal from packaging
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your claim.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a number of working days.
Category C:
We are not responsible for dissatisfaction based on:
• Lace shade perception
• Texture preference/impression.
• Personal valuation of the product
• Styling differences
No refunds or credit can be issued.
Category D:
In certain circumstances and strictly at management discretion, we may offer store credit as a goodwill gesture. Store credit is not guaranteed and does not apply to items that have been worn, installed, customised, altered, or tampered with. Store credit may only be considered for unused items returned in original condition within 48 hours of delivery and subject to inspection.
Approved store credit will be issued in the form of an online voucher via email and must be used within 3 months. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded back to the original payment method. Please use for any service in store (Wig installation, colouring, revamps, natural hair wash, travel booking/home service)
Category E:
We are not responsible for lost parcels once handed to postal services. Tracked shipping is strongly recommended. In the event of a lost parcel, we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.
